I think the last time I mentioned my Dear Baby Jane progress, I was about 40 blocks behind. I really, really want to be caught up, so I spent a good part of the weekend working on the blocks. I completed about 10 of them and have 3 ready for hand applique. I also decided to start adding the sashing to part of the blocks. I did this partially because I am excited to see it coming together but also because I couldn't imagine having to put all the 200+ blocks together at the end. I am really loving how this looks so far. I'm just hoping to finish it in my lifetime! Now, just to catch up on the 20+ blocks I'm behind on now!

Looks great! I'm 20+ (25 to be exact) blocks behind. My goal is to catch up before the group hits 100!
love the colors you chose! this is going to be a treasure. I'm not even brave enough to attempt this quilt.
Seriously, you are amazing... Love the DBJ blocks :)
Love your colors. I have a red and aqua quilt on my to do list!! Looks great!
DBJ looks so awesome with the preciseness and color. I love how you are putting it together. I'm starting to get inspired to try one, but not quite there yet.
just a bit jealous. maybe i'll dig mine out and start again...the first ones really stink and then they got dosed with hot chocolate...not so nice, to begin with either.
It looks wonderful. I can't imagine putting all of them together either. Yikes!
This is just beautiful. You are really good.
This is going to be so beautiful. I have not attempted a quilt that takes this much time and effort, maybe someday.
Wow it is going to look great!
What an ambitious project! I think it's wonderful that you've done so much on it already@
Oh my Goodness! this is gorgeous! I aspire to be a quilter like you one day! BTW, I am hosting a giveaway this week to celebrate my 1st blog birthday. Come by and enter!
Those are looking great Katie! I was admiring them on your flickr page last night.
love those blocks! you are on a quilting roll!
Did you happen to get your quilt block from me? I mailed it quite a bit ago, but I hadn't been able to post a picture on flickr due to computer/photo issues.
So pretty! You were very clever with your color choice. This is going to be very, very, pretty.
Katie,
it will be a gorgeous and wonderful quilt...
You must be a patience woman to do all those blocks :)
It is looking amazing so far! I love seeing the blocks all set together... I need to get off my duff and start doing that, too! :)
