I made this banner today during Isaiah's nap. My plan is to safety pin it to the table cloth. I hope that it's easy to read. It was really hard trying to get a decent picture of it!
All in all, I feel pretty good about the situation. Although who knows what other unexpected things will pop up. My MIL I went to the thrift store the other day and picked up some leather skirts. She really wanted me to try using some leather, so this is what I came up with. It'll take some more practice because that leather can really be a pain!
I also wanted to share these gorgeous tags that I bought from the amazing etsy seller paperologie. She was super easy to work with and shipped quickly. (Although my apologies for the picture).
Alright.. wish me luck! If you're in the D.C. area tomorrow, come stop by and say hi! I might just give you something free ;)

Hi Katie!
I had to sew faux leather once and when I used a Teflon foot it went much, much easier.
I wish you all the best at your show and lots and lots of sales!!!
: D
The bird bag with the leather is awesome!
Good luck! Your sign looks great! I'll be sure to look out for it tomorrow so I can come introduce myself.
I think the leather bag turned out great! If I wasn't busy preparing for my Harvest Party, I think I would take the drive down to your fair. Good Luck Tomorrow!
Best of luck!!! have a great time cant wait to hear all about it!

Katie,

Good luck Katie! I'll be thinking of you the whole day.
The bag, the tags, and the beautiful banner . . . WOW! You've got it together!
I love that bag!!
Hope the fair went well!
Holy cow, you crafty chica! That's some gorgeous stuff! The banner is fantastic and so inspired.
Everything looks beautiful. I love your banner. Good luck and have fun!!
Love the bag. What a great way to crop that fabric too. I think your little circular name tags are adorable too. Good luck with all your projects.
the banner is fantastic! like the icing on the cake. Good luck tomorrow, I can't wait to hear how it goes.
I know it's late, but....Good Luck!
BTW, that bird handbag is gorgeous. I haven't sewn on leather, but have been doing some denim projects. It made a huge difference when I started using a "jean" needle. I know they have needles for leather too.
